D16 Welding Table with Grid System for Accurate Joint Alignment

• Precise Joint Alignment: A 50mm dense grid provides high-precision reference points in both the X and Y directions. Workpieces are placed on the table, and locating pins and stops are engaged in the grid holes to directly lock the part in position, ensuring consistent weld gaps and butt joint dimensions, reducing welding misalignment, and suitable for batch, prototyping, and small-batch, multi-variety production.
• Modular Rapid Fixture Assembly: No need to manufacture dedicated welding fixtures; when changing products, simply move the parts to reconfigure the fixture, reducing fixture preparation time from several hours to just a few minutes, lowering fixture manufacturing costs.
• 3D Stereoscopic Positioning: Not only the top surface, but also all four sides have D16 grid holes, enabling Z-axis positioning in the height direction, allowing for spatial angle workpiece clamping. Frames, sheet metal, and irregularly shaped parts can all be fixed.

Our D16 welding tables comply with Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC for EU market access. Risk assessment and technical documentation are completed according to EN ISO 12100 machinery safety standards. EC Declaration of Conformity is available upon request for customs clearance and local inspection. All safety markings are applied on the table body.
